Manufacture and assembly of special gearboxes and complex products
According to your drawings or ours, we manufacture special speed reducers from 1 Nm to 16,000 Nm, from 15 minutes to 30 seconds of backlash and including if necessary the motor, a brake, an encoder or electronic components which we integrate according to your specifications.
All gears and « sensitive » mechanical parts are manufactured by us, and we offer you a finished product (supply of the casing in foundry by evaluated suppliers, painting according to aeronautical specifications, bearings, encoders etc.).
We integrate electronic components according to your procedure.
Our fitters have many years of experience in the assembly of complex products. They will understand the technical nature of an operation, adapt to the assembly procedures, commit to the respect of specific quality procedures, warn you in advance in case of a problem, and propose improvements.
Testing and validation of special gears
Your parts are checked during production (self-checking, checking before assembly) and your special gearboxes are checked and tested individually. We keep a traceability of 10 years (standard) or more (on request) on each of your parts (traceability by part or by batch).
Whether the gearbox is of your design or ours, we can write the test procedures that correspond to your application, make the test bench (clearance, stiffness, noise level, etc.) and validate the product in conditions that recreate your environment.
Our quality department will quickly adapt to your ISP procedures thanks to our long experience in defence.
