Range MNT

The MNT is a compact low backlash planetary gearbox for medium to high acceleration servo applications. It is designed to work under difficult dynamic conditions.

The range comprises:

• 7 sizes delivering up to 1700 Nm continuous,
• Hardened steel planet shaft design for high torsional rigidity. The alignment of the planet gear teeth with the motor pinion and the internal gearing is improved over that of a standard planet carrier, for long-lasting accuracy whatever your acceleration cycles,
• 2 angular contact bearings at the shaft end for high acceptance of radial and axial loads.
• Backlash between 1 and 15 minutes depending on size, ratio and option, IP 65 standard, IP 67 optional.

• Temperature range from -20°C to +90°C (other ranges available as an option)

• Stainless steel washdown version (with food grade lubrication) as an option
