MIJNO manufactures in Saint-Etienne (France) all types of gears in complete supply or in phase operation (gear cutting, gear grinding or gear control).
Our speciality is the manufacture of complex products due to their precision, geometry, special processes or materials, as we are equipped with more than 130 machines allowing us to carry out the majority of operations in-house.
We manufacture :
- cut or ground cylindrical gears, with straight or helical teeth
- precision bevel gears,
- wheels and worms,
- internal gearing,
- splined shafts.

Our customers come from a wide variety of demanding sectors (Formula 1, defence, aeronautics, maritime, railways, nuclear industries, machine tools, etc.) and the quantities vary from small to medium-sized series (max. 100 parts per month and per reference in complete supply). We can deliver larger quantities as a phase subcontractor.
We provide mechanical prototyping, pre-production and cyclical deliveries with deliveries from Kanban stock.
Each of these stages is ensured by specific procedures enabling us to control quality from the first part.
