If our standard range of racks does not meet your requirements, we will manufacture your racks according to your drawings.
Our know-how guarantees you high positioning accuracy, smooth and silent movement of the pinion and a long service life, even under heavy use.
We manufacture your racks according to drawing or design them according to your specifications (many materials, treatments, coatings available), from ISO class 9 to ISO class 5 with ground teeth. Do not hesitate to contact our design office, which will be happy to advise you on the choice of material or precision corresponding to your application.
We can guarantee up to 32 µm / metre (depending on the module), 8 µm per tooth, or 15 µm per metre in dimension on pigs.
The number of racks per delivery ranges from 3 to 100.
