BDB reducer

The BDB is a very compact planetary gearbox for high performance servo applications.

The design of the hardened steel planet shaft and its integration between two tapered roller bearings provide excellent torsional rigidity,
This architecture maintains perfect alignment of the satellite teeth with the motor pinion and the internal gearing, for lasting precision year after year, regardless of your acceleration cycles,
The use of four satellites in the output gearing instead of three allows very high torque values for the size.

This range includes :

• 7 sizes delivering up to 10,100 Nm continuous,
  Nitrided internal teeth for excellent wear resistance, even under extreme conditions
• Backlash between 1 and 5 minutes depending on size, ratio and option
  IP 65 as standard, IP 67 as an option.
