The professionalism of our staff and our quality procedures allow us to produce complex parts in small series. Our speciality is the manufacture of ground parts with high-precision geometries, according to your specifications.
The diversity of our machinery (see the dedicated page) allows us to carry out all the necessary operations under the supervision of our quality manager, and to control the deadlines that we announce to you.
We supply and work most of the French and foreign materials, mastering the parameters of their machining, cutting and grinding. We also have a database of subcontractors who are regularly assessed and who can guarantee their treatment or the special processes associated with them, according to your procedures or specific standards.
Currently in the process of obtaining EN9100 certification, we follow all the procedures of this standard and, depending on the complexity of your parts, we implement specific procedures to ensure their compliance (material validation, self-checking, magnetic particle inspection, Nital tests, traceability, etc.).
We follow your procedures (product-supplier pair validation, first article review, etc.), produce industrial validation files and are at your disposal for any other request.
