MRP Range

The MRP is a low backlash planetary gearbox for low to medium acceleration servo applications. The 2 bearings on its output shaft provide high acceptance of radial loads.

This range includes :

• 5 sizes from 5 Nm to 1000 Nm

• Low backlash (15, 12 or 10 min depending on size and option)

• Convenient output interface with bearing centring for perfect shaft concentricity.

• Choice of smooth or keyed output shaft

Like all Mijno low backlash gearboxes, this range offers:

• All mechanical parts are manufactured in-house in Saint-Etienne (France), for a controlled quality,

• Hardened and tempered steel satellites to provide power, precision, reliability and constant clearance,

• Standard components (bearings, lubricant, seals) sourced from the most renowned suppliers, for uncompromising quality

• High efficiency (up to 96%)

• Multiple standard ratios of 3, 4, 5, 5.5, 7, 10, many other specific ratios possible (no limit)

• Easy motor mounting in 2 minutes (no adapter flange needed)

• A sleeve with 2 clamping screws for perfect balancing and reliable fixing,

• Temperature range from -20°C to +90°C, (other ranges available on request)

• Numerous options on request (lubrication, interfaces, painting…)

• A stainless steel version is available as an option.
